China's Central Committee and State Council issued guidance directing full implementation of an "AI+" action. The policy mandates accelerated AI-driven transformation of traditional industries and rapid rollout of intelligent connected NEVs, AI-enabled smartphones and PCs, humanoid robots and other next-generation intelligent terminals.
